Last April Fair

Phyllida, doubting her fiance's love, broke off her engagement. She quit her job at the hospital and began working as an older woman's nurse on a cruise, but when the woman's condition took a turn for the worse, Phyllida was left behind in the confusion. The one who held out a hand to help her was Pieter, a doctor on the same ship. Phyllida was able to get back home because of his kindness and was invited to his manor in the Netherlands. The more she got to know Pieter, the more she learned of his honesty, and Phyllida started feeling emotion unlike anything she ever felt for her fiance!
