The Doctor's Runaway Bride

Before she marries Luca, Tia discovers that he doesn't love her. She flees her wedding, goes back to London and is determined to make a life for herself and the child she is carrying. But then Luca shows up...as a doctor at the hospital where Tia works as a midwife. Citing his concern for the unborn child, Luca moves into her home.
