Playing by the Rules

Kelsey works as an attorney at her grandfather's law office. Brant begins working there, too, as a partner. Kelsey is smitten by his charm, but she decides not to pursue him after witnessing his playboy nature. The will of her grandfather is read after he dies, and it states that the business is to be transferred to Brant...on the condition that he marry Kelsey!
