The manga starts off well enough, the female lead is sassy and headstrong, she's determined to research an ancient, historical text discovered in a reclusive count's home and won't take no for an answer. But by the end of the first day the two leads have fallen madly in love with each other, despite having had no meaningful conversations, with their every interaction revolving around the text. Heck, by the end of the story I know more about the damn text than I do about both leads combined! The romance couldn't have been more forced or rushed, the leads have zero chemistry and zero believable character development (the girl becomes a completely different person by the end, while the guy has no personality throughout), and they act and think as the plot demands instead of like actual people. Not helping this are scenes that go nowhere and baffling plot holes. Honestly, while the art is nice and there's nothing offensively bad, I'd still recommend you skip this.
