Luca and Tina had a one-night stand after which Luca insulted Tina and she slapped him and left. Tina ended up pregnant but the baby was born prematurely and died. I'm really torn about whether I liked this or not. Everything to do with the baby was very emotional and beautifully heartbreaking, but everything regarding the romance was mediocre. Luca has no personality to speak of and his motive for his actions is petty revenge for Tina leaving him (this despite his derogatory remarks towards her right after sex, what an idiot). This isn't a man any woman should ever fall for. Tina was only likeable when she was thinking about her lost baby, otherwise she was pretty much an angry rock. The leads had no chemistry and only truly bonded when talking about dead loved ones, which, while touching, isn't very romantic. This story did make me cry and those tragic moments with Tina and her son were masterfully done.
