It's so refreshing to read a HQ title where both the leads are great people who actually deserve a HEA. The h is very kind and loving, she cares deeply for both the H and his niece and nephew; she is also strong, courageous and proactive, confident and self-assured, she's no meek, insecure waif who runs from her problems, and she absolutely won't let anyone walk all over her, she gives as good a she gets! The H is equally kind and courteous, a humble man willing to listen to others and take the h's advice, he knows what he wants and doesn't hesitate to go after it; he's also very loyal and devoted, and will go above and beyond to protect his loved ones. The kids are also really adorable and try their best to stay cheerful, despite losing both their parents recently. This is definitely a story about love and how important it is to hold on to it and protect it, because it's only with love, real, true love, that you can overcome hardship and find lasting happiness. Really lovely read!
