? This is another unique story. This one is about the MMC being incapable of fathering children & the different methods that are used to create children. It's interesting, while the manga adaptation only touches on these methods, I think the actual book might go into better depth.?

Umm..... theIr love and decision to get married feels rushed. I couldn't finish it because it seems like there's a lot missing. The kids barely have anything to do with the story.
