Ok story with decent characters, but it wasn't as griping as I thought it would be and there was a lot of inconsistencies all round. Christina comes off as a walking disaster at first, to great comedic effect, but then her clumsiness and bad luck disappears and she's just your typical insecure, angelic tragic waif, very likable but not as interesting as she starts off as. Richard is bland & boring throughout, nothing about him stands out least of all his personality (if he even has one), he's as forgettable as they come. The plot with the ring was what first interested me, there's just so much that could be done with it but it was wasted! The leads spend the whole story trying to get it off the girl's finger and that's it (I'm serious, that's literally the entire story, interspersed with the two, mostly Christina, chatting, again mostly about Christina). The romance was lacklustre and the chemistry non-existent, the addition of the Other Woman was pointless and artlessly shoehorned in.
