I don't usually write reviews, but this one is just the right sort of melancholic fluff I like reading. It's a story of internalised homophobia and grief that ends with a catharsis worth waiting for. I don't think some of the purple prose in Japanese translated as well as it probably sounded in Japanese but I appreciated the essence of it anyway. Would definitely recommend to whoever is looking for a more introspective story about acceptance.

Heartfelt. I love a good love childhood love story.

I'm a sucker for childhood friends to lovers, and this is a solid entry into the genre.
