def a age gap there. but honestly, i feel there's room to advance the story. like why did the friend decide to do this does he have feelings for him? or he just wants his "god" to remain lonely and single. and the budding relationship of those two. what would happen after he graduate? what's his decision to stay or leave? so many questions!
