4.5 stars, rounded up to 5! If you like a soft, casual read about well-rounded, realistic characters with a great friends-to-lovers/summer romance slow burn, this is for sure for you. The price tag had me a bit apprehensive at first but the relatable premise and great art made me take the plunge. Both Saeki and Today are extremely charming boys whose friendship is not only fun and believable but also just so clearly important to the both of them. This story explores the lines and grey areas between friendship, memory, and romantic feelings, and does it pretty well. Will warn readers, this is just a feels fest, there is no smut. Still a great read, I enjoyed it quite thoroughly!

This is a very sweet high school romance and definitely worth the read. The relationship develops slowly but very realistically.

I've bought this a long time ago and am happy to now have a digital copy! This is a great BL manga to get you started with the genre, it is sweet, realistic and the art is really beautiful! It's not about the sexy scenes, it's all about cute and heartwarming, bonding over a hobby, and coming to love someone who loves you even though they're the same gender.
