A very sweet and easy read! All the characters that appear (yes, side characters too) are meaningful and don't feel unnatural, the affection between the leads is sincere despite some ups and downs, and I'm happy with how everything ties together in a pretty bow. It's a very fairytale Happily Ever After kind of story where it's easy to tell who is good and who is villainous, and everyone gets their just desserts in the end. It doesn't challenge any norms, and it uses many "overused" tropes?but sometimes you need something straightforward like this. Feels like a classic, maybe something I can reread before bed for a soft, fluffy mood.
