I like the story so far. It feels like the male lead met the female lead long ago as children. (There's a vague scene that potentially supports this where she played in the forest with a wolf as child, but no details.) But that would be odd because they come from different kingdoms and he is a wolf man and she's a human woman. And the people of each country hate each other in general. It's odd that he picked a human as his queen.I like that the set up is different. She's not some random (probably noble) woman picked to be 'sacrificed', but a criminal . I'm not sure of her crime (and if it really was one, or was made up), but she doesn't seem like a person hard enough to be real criminal. The ml is sweet to her in ways that surprise her and us readers. But their kingdoms hate each other, so it's unusual that he's kind to her.There are feels and sexy bits (not smut...atm. Sorry, I am hoping it gets steamy to the max. Or smutty preferably). I would love to read more.

Honestly love the character dynamics.

Nice to see a doting male lead slowly draw someone out of their shell, but shallow writing bogs it down. Problems are raised and solved at a breakneck pace, mainly to show "female lead scared' "ml nice" "fl tries to be nice instead of scared". I wonder if it was adapted from a novel and details got lost. For example she goes into town disguised head to toe as a wolf villager...except her face. Not shrouded, no mask, no one notices even though they can smell that there is a human.
