I really liked this story how they took a short period of time and wove a love story between a roman and goth. Slavery is a fact of life back then and it depended what side you were on whether you were a slave or not. Both characters were very strong and stubborn. I was happy that they could work through there differences and find the love that they shared with each other. Because life was very precious and in those days there was a lot things to take it. You must always take happiness where you can find and whoever you are with.

its really interesting how wulfric kidnapped julia to be his slave but yet he did not really treated her like one exactly like he had a soft side for her, and went to the length to get her back he deserve a round of applause anyway i recommend this manga
