This story was weak. Both main characters who 2D charactures. I didn't care what happened to either of them. Actually that isn't true because I was hoping that they'd be eaten by giant sea monsters. Alas no giant sea monsters appeared in this story. There was also a distinct lack of dragons or killer pirates either.In all seriousness this is a story of a baby (who loses her parents in a car crash) and her surviving uncle and aunt. She loves him. He's terminally stupid (because he doesn't realise that he 'wuvs' her. She approaches him to look after baby. They sleep together. They find love. The end. It's been done before and it's been done better. I shouldn't waste your money unless you really want to.

at first it was cruel of lucien to treat tara like that when he doesnt know whats really going on. it was good that tara were able to stand up against him and fight for poppy instead of giving up. its really good story though what happened to poppy's parents were tragedy
