A delightful, charming and funny story, the leads have the best banter! Since it takes place almost entirely in one house with just the two leads alone together, their relationship is the main focus and is able to progress at much more natural pace than most Hq mangas. They start off on the wrong foot but slowly, as they learn more about each other and become more comfortable together, they grow to like and eventually love each other. Varnie is one tough little cookie, she suffers many hard knocks but keeps coming back fighting and never lets anything get her down for long! She's not immediately infatuated with Leon and only starts appreciating his good looks once he starts smiling, but never once acts shy or meek around him. Leon is quite the grumpy beast but Varnie brings out his kinder, gentle side and he's finally able to have fun with a woman, coming to love their arguments, banter and battles of wills. They're so perfect for each other!
