I'm not sure whether to laugh at this one or be offended! So many tropes and mangled myths from the Pacific! I had particular giggle at the kakapo and then the sudden appearance of the leopard - clearly the mangaka got New Zealand mixed up with India. That said - I'm keen to see where the story goes - as it seems a bit of a twist on a traditional omegaverse story, with the key plot point centering on the first sexual experience determining future gender roles.Hopefully it won't be too long for the next chapters to come out.

Only the first chapter so the jury is still out on whether I would buy any more of this title. Its also different for the fact it is almost a full colour manga.The story revolves around a high schooler who's family has fallen apart - both her sister and father have died, her mother is drinking and bringing home strange men to deal with her pain, while the MC comes across as a selfish, grasping brat. She's indulging posting pics of herself to attract male attention and as a result, gifts. Unfortunately, her new sugar daddy is turning into something not so sweet...

I would probably call this S&M light. That said, it touches on themes of self-worth which leads to a HEA for all the story participants. Essentially this is 3 stories, set at the circus, couple number 1 is the animal trainer and the circus strong man, next is a thruple made up of the circus clown and twins local artists, with the final couple being the circus ring master and the circus owner. For me I would have preferred a bit more back story on the origins of the circus but overall it scratched my yaoi itch.

Short and sweet. Story was a bit rushed, but it had a reasonable resolution, if somewhat predictable. Would have loved to had more back story on some of the gang rivalries and even an extended final chapter.Probably a better rental than a purchase.

Don't bother either renting or buying. Story is rushed, poorly developed and with MCs who are all over the place. The publisher, mangaka and their editor shouldn't have bothered with this - there is a kernal of a potentially good story here, but its so badly executed its really not worth the time or the money.

This is a refreshingly sweet story about first love. Yes - there are some tropes about the innocent straight jock vs the more experienced gay older senior student, but it was nice to ready something whereby both were virgins struggling with feelings about each other, without rushing into sex straight away.It was also nice to see some consideration by older MC worrying about how other MC will be viewed by others, and wanting to protect him from the bullying and gossip he has faced as an out gay teenager in a high school environment. Definitely worth buying rather than renting!

Even if you're not a cat lover, this collection of stories should still appeal. All the stories have a cat as the main character, with the humans being the ones assisted rather than the other way around. The main story has a talking cat as its MC and its clear the mangaka really loves that aspect of the stories.These stories are lovely and I'll definitely be re-reading them again in the future.

I love sports manga so was not disappointed when I picked this one up. The main characters are sweet (and seem to be into furries) but its got a nice vibe without overally weird or strange. Its got a HEA which is always a winner with me. If you enjoy baseball and your BL - this is a definite one to buy.

Loved it! This is the sort of thing I've been hoping to find on Renta amongst all the other titles. It has a strong story with interesting MLs who are not perfect with one ML being the strong silent type while his partner is a bit of a man whore. Yes there is a bit of dub-con which may put some off, but I enjoyed the well-developed crime story and the supporting characters. I suspect this is a one-off by the mangaka, but it would be great to see a sequel, if they ever get around to it. Renta - please put more of this mangaka on the site!

Contrary to other reviewers, I liked this. Definitely not for newbies, but if you have a fondness for the tsundere type of story and aren't too offended by the dubious consent aspects, it's actually worth your time. Neither story is a traditional lovey-dovey relationship, but they do have some recognisable aspects - which may make may some people uncomfortable with how they are played out. Both have a HEA of sorts - which is always a big tick from me.
