This is one of my absolute favorite stories for cute and romantic, tooth-rotting fluff. It's not really a slowburn, but their relationship definitely grows from strangers, to not-quite friends, to lovers, and it's very cute. The conflict of them misunderstanding each other comes up a few times because they aren't entirely honest with themselves or each other, but its quickly resolved, and by the end they both open up and it turns into an even sweeter romance than before. Really. The stalker/sugar daddy is very clearly an antagonist and you wanna rip him to pieces by the end!! He's in the wrong BL genre!! Shoo!!! But then it's back to fluff and your heart is healed and everything is fine. Honestly, I'm wiping away tears while writing this review because I'm a big weeping sap and the fluffy end made me cry happy tears, lol. Read this!! Join me and Aoi in the "Yuto Is Cute!!" club!!!

This is cute and sweet! A normal guy reads way too much about folklore and the occult, and somehow manages to stop a god from eating him, then... also accidentally marries the god?? Lol. The bottom is the absolutely jacked but pretty white-haired guy on the cover, but he also gets a cutesy smaller form, too. Smut's hot and the plot isn't too deep, give it a read! :)

I come back to reread this manga every once in a while, but I just realized I never left a review, omg. I really liked this story! The art, smut, characters, and plot was very good! As you'll read in the other reviews, the ending definitely leaves you with a, "Wait, what the heck?! That's it?!?" feeling, but I didn't think the twist was as far out of left field as other reviewers are saying, but that might be because I've read it so many times, lol. It's definitely a story you have to read more than once to find all the bread crumbs and hints! I really think the author was planning for more chapters or something, because there's so many loose ends still by the last chapter! (spoilers) Like, did the brother have complicated feelings all along? Why did he apologize to Yoshiki? Did Tsukasa complete his transformation? What's the aftermath like??? Still, I like the story and I'm happy using my imagination to fill in the blanks, haha.

Oh my GOD this was just. Chef's kiss. It's so cute and funny!! And the smut is just... it's good. It's REALLY good, lol. I really love these characters, I wish I had a wife like Momoki ? or a husband like Chikage, honestly. Please read it!! It's really, really good! I hope the author has more works!!

Awww, I really liked this one! These types of character personalities (sly liar x enabling idiot) usually aren't my cup of tea, but I'm a sucker for codependent childhood friends and the author hooked me in! I ended up really enjoying the characters and the plot. The smut is hot (and consensual, if that's important to you, though the protag does get tricked into it.... somehow... lol) and abundant, too. I recommend this story if your looking for comedic fluff about guys figuring out their feelings with heaping side of smut!MILD SPOILERS.... the ending was really sweet honestly, "it's okay to fall in love with me" was such a good line!!! And I saw the beginnings of what most BL authors use as Angst Plot Hooks with high school characters, but the author had the characters reassure each other so sweetly that it became fluffy cuteness. Definitely gonna reread this again :)

this manga touches on various lgbtq+ issues in an honest way that made the story and characters easy to relate to, i loved it. gender, sexuality, societal and familial pressures and expectations, internalized homophobia, and other lgbtq+ topics i dont see too often in bl manga (on renta at least) are all meaningful parts of the story, and part of the main characters' growths. the story overall was a little heartbreaking, but fear not, theres a happy end in store. i definitely recommend this story, its like chicken soup for the soul.be warned, there ARE two scenes (same instance) of genuine noncon, but it isn't between the main couple. everything else is relatively consensual.

This was so horny and cute?? The boys are dumb horny high schoolers that get up to shenanigans with each other, and it's pretty hilarious how each time, on like, SOME level they both realize, "wait, doing this is actually a big deal!!!" but they're both pervs with crushes on each other and they do it anyway, lol. I'm a fan of how each misunderstanding is less because they lack courage and more because they lack experience, and things get resolved without too much unnecessary drama. The ending was very cute and not quite what I expected, I don't think I've read the "he's straight and has a crush on someone else" misunderstanding resolved so simply, sweetly, and satisfyingly in a hot minute. I wanna see more of these cuties!!!side note: i saw another review mentioning the ages, and yeah that bothered me too (bc its def a plot hole), but i think its easy to overlook that bit and enjoy the rest of the story. please give this story a chance!!

i love this story!! just finished reading it and the ending gave me cavities and watery eyes, tbh. the bottom/sub is beefy, stupid, and kind, a true himbo that super cute when he's getting teased by the top... and the top/dom (bc there ARE some mild s/D dynamics going here) is a cute, lying, manipulative, but sweet(??) twink. the first chapter is definitely noncon/dubcon, and theres one more Very Brief scene of dubcon in the next chap, but after that everything is 100% consensual and the bottom is having a great time getting his back blown out, lol. good smut, good storyline, good dialogue, good art, definitely recommend it! (side note: brace yourself for the country dialect translation, it fits, but it's comically backwoods-country-bumpkin. definitely grew on me and added to the character's charm, though! good job TL team!)

I loved this manga a lot!! The art is pretty, the smut is hot, the characters are funny, and the use of the dom/sub verse is just *chefs kiss*. It's a fairly lighthearted story, with just a touch of drama/misunderstandings that's nicely resolved in a relatively timely manner (rather than dragging on for the entire story, lol). I recommend buying it rather than renting, because you'll want to read it again!!

This author draws expressions really well!!! I ended up paying more attention to how pretty and expressive the faces were at times than what the characters were saying, haha. The plots of the stories are simple and kinda cliché tbh, but in a good way! Sometimes it's nice to read something that isn't super deep and plotty. I was totally lost on what was happening plot-wise after the first story, but each story had a happy fluffy end and that's what matters, lol. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a light read full of pretty art and smut!!
