Funny!

I really liked "An Innocent Puppy Meets a Two-Faced Cat", but I've got to say "My Dearesst Cop" is better. The characters are quirky, and their budding romance is funny. I can't wait to read the next volumme.

I know these are supposed to be short stories but the first one, especially, would be even better if it was longer.

Good story with likeable characters, a totally romantic and satisfying read.

The art is okay, but unfortunately the stories are too cliche. In the main story, the cutesy overly-kind uke Io is forced by his evil twin Ces to work for Lord Kazar, taking Ces's place; Ces blames Io for something that happened in their past. And because Io's such an innocent, unworldly boy he unwittingly draws Kazar's attention, and eventually they fall in love. And from there the cliche continues, and continues. I don't hate the stories, I just wish each had more of a plot twist, something interesting that would make them different, make them stand out.

Short and sweet, and sexy.

Good story so far, hope the ending is decent.

At first, thanks to the title, I was apprehensive. But once I got into the story, it turned out to be pretty good. And the last chapter made me laugh--great art, quirky but cool characters, and a decent plot. It would be nice to read a second volume, a continuation of their lives, perhaps five or tens years later.

The story is sweet, the art is gorgeous, and the main characters are endearing. The mangaka put a slightly different slant on the plot by making both characters total strangers and straight, which is nice for a change instead of the usual cliche story lines: "we've been friends since high school" or "even though we're best friends I've always loved you". The men meet at a singles' party then meet again on several occasions, end up living together due to circumstances, and thanks to their cohabitation gradually get to know one another and, eventually, fall in love. I've never read anything from this mangaka before, but I'm glad I picked An Innocent Puppy Meets a Two-Faced Cat, it's a great read.
