This was such an incredibly charming story full of laughs, cheesiness, and smut. The Protag is so adorably pathetic and all the fourth wall breaks are fun! The art style is so much fun, too; like the mangaka, I too am a fan of guys with long hair so Atsushi as a character just checked all the boxes for me. This definitely one I will reread often!

As one would expect from a Yakuza story, it gets really heavy, so exercise caution when reading! This is one that really keeps you guessing at every turn. An intertwining cast of characters that connects deeper than you would ever think at first glance, a mystery of sorts that keeps you second guessing and switching who to root for. I've read quite a few titles with Yakuza ties, yet this one is definitely the most intricate plot wise. Some parts seem to be lost in translation or hard to follow at times, but all-in-all it's an intriguing story that will definitely make you feel. Can't wait for the next installment!
