The art was the big reason I went with 5 stars over 4. The story was the simple kind, with enough going on to entertain but not exactly explain why the sudden development of true and deep love. Jin, the demon, was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed seeing flashbacks of him as a cute lil demon child and as a pre-teen, but let's be real… he looked even better feasting on Suoh for sustenance, lol. Suoh was also beautiful and a treat for the eyes, because who doesn't love an adorable blushing nerd?! Yes, it's got the dub-con/non-con beginnings, with development throughout and only actual penetration, by mutual consent, at the end.

Maid outfits and blushing bottoms with tig ol biddies, heck yes! We all know why we grabbed this, as it's obviously not a plot-centric story. Sakae and Shino were cute, but I needed some more of Yoh and Maki! There's just something about a GI Joe-looking stud getting messed up and goo-goo eyed over a stuffy beanpole nerd-type, lollll. This was fun, light-hearted and not much of a story, but it got me smiling so that's worth it, in my book!

I love Dom/Sub- verse series and this is a delicious feast for my non-con/dub-con soul. Asahina was a delightfully feisty uke and I loved seeing Suzuhara make a mess out of him as a sub. Other D/S series do a great job discussing boundaries and BDSM play dynamics; This one glosses over some of the finer points mid-story, and gives smutty satisfaction for those looking for a more forbidden side of the Verse. It ended right when it got good at chapter 6, though, and I desperately need more chapters about Asahina and Suzuhara! What happens next?!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. The passion between these two seared a hole through my screen. I have NEVER come across an office rivalry that did it so deliciously like this- and I LOVE office romances with rivals or hate/love tropes. This was so HEALTHY in a way I can't describe. They communicated with both themselves and each other and if there is one weakness of mine, it's a top getting absolutely WRECKED. Not in a regret-arc way, but in a “I'm so desperate for you, my mind is blank and I am feverish with desire. Tell me what you want and I'll do it gladly”. You know what I'm saying? This series is worth every single point AND THEN SOME. I'll be back to revisit these two many times, I can already see it.

This was exceptionally cute. Mutsumi is a Mobile Romantic Game Otaku (geared towards women) and he literally got a job to be able to afford the in game merch/ perks for his number one - Prince Lion. Just listening to his voice soothes his wearied soul. Too bad that voice is attached to the biggest pain in his ass lately- a customer who seems to have personal, yet undeclared, beef with him. Forced together due to circumstances, these two oddballs navigate their differences while struggling with the biggest adversary in the BL world- lack of communication. Sexy time happens at the very end, as this story is plot-centric and not smut-centric. The only potential TW is “dub-con” but it's just excessive cuddles and sleepovers, so if you don't like testing of personal space this might put you off?

This was so stinking cute! I love anything with vampires and Ludo is absolutely adorable, especially for someone who's supposed to be a soulless fiend of the undead. Yura came off as abrasive for maybe 3.7 seconds, but he's a real softie at heart… he just chainsmokes and has a foul mouth, which is somewhat frowned upon when you're a priest. There is dub-con in Chapter 4, as Ludo is blackmailed into exchanging sexual favors for something they desperately need, but it doesn't go all the way and we get a lovey dovey happy end between the priest and his vampire.

What a cute BL retelling of a classic story, and it does an amazing job of blending witty dialogue, snappy one-liners, tongue-in-cheek references and some awesome action scenes for those who enjoy epic battles between reincarnated demon gods. I was grinning for the majority of the plot, so don't go in expecting a serious and dramatic story; it's pure silly entertainment with a healthy dosing of steamy scenes. Lots of petting, foreplay, pleasure-denial and dirty talk, but they wait till the end for that beautiful (consensual) joining of bodies and minds. Very interesting world building too, I giggled at the fast food joints!

This was a surprisingly cuter read than the synopsis/ cover art let on. Yes, there are TW but not between the MC / ML. I went into this expecting much worse so I won't remove stars based on that.Banzawa is a delightfully forward-thinking green-flag alpha, despite his background and delinquent ways. (The way his face lit up during a fight was adorable). A third party, Jin, is introduced and that's where the toxicity comes in. He's an elite alpha with wealth and influence, who's choosing to use that to blackmail Toba to become his. Toba desperately wants his friend Banzawa, but he's too good of a son and brother to betray his family like that. TW for: Chapter 2 (Almost Non-Con by group, but rescued), Chapter 3 (Forced contact, Exposure Humiliation).Cute ending, typical A/B/O tropes with omega unable to control his reactions, alphas acting holier-than-thou about their precious elite genes, etc. etc. Definitely team Banzawa, we need more Alphas like him.

I'm only doing 4 stars because I'm rather upset there is no more to the story?! I looked up the OG and it really was just 4 chapters (T-T). TW for non-con but that was already listed, so zero issues. Jerk police detective top with a penchant for toys (the censoring had me irritated because he used beads and a sounding rod, but you could barely tell!) and teaching lessons, in a side-eye kind of a way ? Bottom is a womanizing pleasure chaser, under multiple woman's skirts at once, if possible. However, one night with Officer SA has him scaroused and changing his whole sexuality. He's determined on chasing him down to get his fix again. Last chapter has them talking about family problems and hiding their relationship… and then it's over?!?! I want more!!!Oh- There's a surprise threesome scene, too!

Decent read, will likely read again at a later date. Their relationship was messy, explosive, heartwarming and fluffy - all in one. They had some great communication one minute, and then suddenly forgot how the next. Morikawa is a younger top (6 year age difference) who's got a SERIOUS crush on his boss. Brace yourself for pushy, clingy, puppy top antics. Very cute panels with expressions from him that had me giggling. Hiromi is super serious with a no-nonsense attitude, so it was nice to see his frozen demeanor melt slightly over time. Emphasis on the slightly, lol. He looks gorgeous dressed up though. TW for non-con beginnings and pushy tops who won't take no for an answer.
